"There's an App for That" Amazon Seller Edition: Part Two

There's literally an app for everything - sourcing, savings, managing a business, etc. You name it and there's an app for it, which is how "There's an App for That" Amazon Seller Edition came to life! In this three-part series, I will share the apps and programs I utilize to run my online business.

Savings/Rewards

Part two of "There's an App for That" will focus on savings/rewards! Business expenses add up quick, so it's important to save money wherever you can. Listed below, in no particular order, are the apps I utilize to save money and earn rewards.

1. Rakuten

Rakuten is one of my personal favorites because it's so easy to use! It's a free app and browser extension that offers cashback and other rewards for shopping online. Rakuten has partnered with thousands of retail stores, so be sure to check this out the next time you are sourcing online. In the past 6 months, I have earned $150 in cashback just by having a Rakuten account!

If you use my referral link below, we will both receive $30 after you place a $30 minimum order at your favorite store! Appreciate the support.

2. Ibotta

Ibotta is another great app that offers cashback! While Rakuten is focused on online shopping, you can use Ibotta for both, online and retail arbitrage. The only downfall to Ibotta is that the cashback offers can only be redeemed on certain items. They do occasionally run specials where you get some cash back on any item, so be on the lookout for that!

If you're interested in joining Ibotta, sign up with the link below and we will both get a $10 reward after you submit your first receipt! Just make sure my referral code ""AYEOBAR" is listed.

3. Fetch Rewards

The next app you will want to download is Fetch Rewards! Fetch allows you to save on every purchase you make by simply scanning receipts. You can even link your email and Amazon accounts so that you can earn even more rewards! For every receipt scanned, you will earn points which then can be redeemed for gift cards or cashback. You also have the option to turn your points into a donation to your favorite charity. I absolutely love Fetch because of this and it's also a great way to keep track of your receipts.

Since I've been using Fetch, I've received almost 30,000 points!

You can download the Fetch App here:

4. Kohls Rewards

If you've never heard of Kohls Cash, you're really missing out! Kohls will run deals on certain days/weeks where you can earn Kohls Cash from your purchases. You can use the Kohls Cash on your future purchases - so, it's basically like "free" money! I love shopping for premium brands, like Nike and Adidas, at Kohls! In the past 3 months, I have earned (and spent!) more than $250 in Kohls Cash.

I recently signed up for a Kohls Card, so I can earn even more Kohls Cash and Reward points on my purchases. If you're interested in saving money, definitely check out Kohls Rewards program!

You can download the Kohls App here:

5. CVS Rewards

I've never been a huge CVS shopper, but I thought I would give it a shot one day and I was pleasantly surprised with their rewards program! Their CarePass rewards program is free, but you can pay for their ExtraCare Rewards program (which is what I did!). I pay $5 amonth, but I receive a $10 reward each month! I enjoy shopping at CVS, both in-store and online, because they usually have great deals. Definitely try sourcing at CVS if you've never been and consider joining their Rewards program. You can even track all your rewards, coupons, and savings in the app!

You can download the CVS app here:

6. Target Circle

Okay... you're going to start seeing a trend here. I love saving money and Target Circle is just another way to do this! If you frequently shop at Target, then you should definitely sign up for Target Circle. It's a free rewards program where you get access to special deals, gift card rewards, bonuses, and more!

You can download the Target app and sign up for their rewards program here:

7. Big Lots Rewards

Big Lots Rewards (AKA Big Rewards) is another program you should sign up for. It's completely free and you get 15% off right from the start. With Big Lots Rewards program you also receive a $5 reward for every 3 purchases, furniture bonus, VIP shopping days, and a birthday surprise!

You can download the Big Lots app and sign up for their rewards program here:

8. American Express & Hilton Honors

I was anti-credit card for a while, and still am to a certain extent, until I realized all the perks and rewards that can come with it! As someone striving for financial independence, I will never promote using a credit card if you don't have the funds available to pay off the debt. Now I realize that there are some "one-off" situations, and that's okay, but I highly recommend you understand how your credit card works. Be smart with it and pay it off at the end of each month!

I personally have the American Express Hilton Honors business card and love it. I make all my business purchases on this card because I receive Hilton Honor points. This means I can travel for free (sort of) thanks to my business!

You can download the American Express app here:

You can download the Hilton Honors app here:

Moral of the story? I love saving money and you should too! Don't be afraid to take the few extra steps to sign up for reward programs. It may not seem like it'll make a huge difference, but when you look back at the end of the year you realize that it definitely does!

What apps do you utilize to save money and earn rewards?

Thanks for reading my blog and supporting me on my adventure! Stay tuned for part three.
